My name is David Poole and I would like to thank you for visiting my website.

I have spent the last fifteen years working in various aspects of the housing market and I will use my knowledge and experience to help you with the purchase and sale of real estate. In the current real estate market it is more important than ever to understand local market conditions. I specialize in the purchase and sale of homes, condominiums and land in Cape Coral and Fort Myers and I am always current on real estate values and previous transactions in these areas.  

In the past I have owned a home maintenance business, worked as a superintendent for US Homes, been responsible for the construction of multi-story multi-million dollar condominium buildings and estate homes. Over the last few years I have personally bought, renovated and either sold or rented my own properties so I am thoroughly familiar with how to succeed in this real estate market.

Recently I was approached by Steve Koffman of Century 21 Sunbelt and asked if I would like to join his real estate team. Steve’s team has been the number one team in the state of Florida since 2003 and is ranked number twelve in all of the United States.
