Chuck's prior professional career included a background in accounting and finance, self employed in the City’s financial district. As an owner of many island properties over the years, his expertise in renovation and remodeling has provided an additional dimension for clients.

Sanibel became home in 2000, and Chuck became a full time Realtor assisting buyers and sellers on these special islands. Buying or selling... Chuck's energy, knowledge and expertise continue to provide a positive experience for his clients.

Chuck is a member of the Sanibel Captiva Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
